The objective of the Club is to create, foster, and expand strong connections among cultivated, dedicated, influential, and open-minded individuals who wish to discuss and research the key social issues of today and tomorrow in a prestigious and welcoming environment.
The Club may undertake any actions that are directly or indirectly related to its objective. It may also collaborate with and take an interest in similar activities.
The Club is managed by the Board of Directors of Chateau Morreau, which makes all decisions regarding the management of the Members’ Club. The Board of Directors is supported by an operational team in managing the Club.
The Board of Directors of Chateau Morreau is assisted by an Advisory Council that helps with the strategic and event planning of the Club. The composition of the Advisory Council is determined by Chateau Morreau. The function of the Advisory Council is to assist Chateau Morreau in planning and setting the strategic direction of the Club’s program. The Advisory Council does not hold exclusive authority.
A member’s membership in the Club grants them access to the following four pillars on which the Club’s activities are based:
The Board of Directors of Chateau Morreau is responsible for the recruitment process for Club members and corporate members. They set the maximum number of members and the desired member profile.
The operational team reviews and approves membership applications under the supervision of the Board of Directors of Chateau Morreau. Decisions do not require justification and are based on an interview with the operational team.
Certain services within the Club, such as the restaurant, bar, and space rentals, are subject to payment.
Bar and restaurant services must be paid for on-site. Payments for reservations and space rentals must be made prior to the event according to the general terms and conditions. Payments for paid events must be made in advance.
Guests are only welcome in the Club when accompanied by a member. As a member, you may bring a maximum of two guests at a time. You may also bring one guest to events held at Chateau Morreau, depending on demand and availability (refer to each event’s description for full details).
Register your guest in advance through the app or via email at info@chateaumorreau.com. Failure to register a guest may result in the guest being denied access.
A guest may not participate in Chateau Morreau activities more than three times a year.

Chateau Morreau is intended for adults aged 18 or over, unless otherwise specified. If an event is suitable for children, the Club will inform its members. Children remain the responsibility of their parents at all times while on Chateau Morreau premises. Members must ensure that children are never unsupervised.
Children are not allowed to participate in Club activities unless otherwise specified.
The Club does not impose a specific dress code. However, the Club expects its members to dress appropriately for the setting.
The Club aims to promote human interaction and exchange. Therefore, while you may use your mobile phone anywhere in the building, please be respectful of others and avoid using the speakerphone function. You may use your laptop anywhere except in the dining area, which is laptop-free during service hours.
The Club also requests that members refrain from filming or livestreaming during Club events, and never share images, photos, or videos of other members without their prior consent.
Illegal substances are not allowed anywhere within Chateau Morreau. The use, possession, distribution, or sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any member or guest found in possession of illegal substances will immediately lose their membership without a refund.
Bringing outside food or drink into Chateau Morreau is not permitted unless medically necessary.
In the event of the privatization of spaces or renovation work, certain areas of Chateau Morreau may be inaccessible to members. In such cases, members are kindly requested to respect the confidentiality of any private events held within the Club and not to disclose any information about the event to third parties in any way.
No animals are allowed in the Club, except for legally recognized and certified assistance dogs or security dogs.
Chateau Morreau is a non-smoking area. Smoking and vaping are only permitted on the front and rear terraces of the building.
Members are asked to scan their badge or QR code upon arrival at the Club. Members must also register their guests in advance via the app or by email at info@chateaumorreau.com. Failure to register guests may result in denial of access for the guest.
To ensure the security of its property and entrusted goods, Chateau Morreau uses video surveillance cameras. Recorded footage is kept for up to one month. Members may request access to footage that pertains to them, provided the request is sufficiently specific.
Respect the confidentiality of our events. We strive to create a safe space for constructive dialogue, and people need to know they can freely express their opinions. Also, respect the confidentiality of fellow members by not sharing membership lists or event rosters with others.
Protect the privacy of fellow members when taking photos in the space. No video or photo shoots may take place without prior written consent from Chateau Morreau. If we take photos or videos during events, we will always inform you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to opt out of participation.
Feel free to take and share photos on social media (Instagram and other platforms), but do not post photos or information about other members or their guests without their prior consent. Harmful and demeaning content directed at the Chateau Morreau community is unacceptable. We encourage feedback, so please come to us directly if you have any concerns.
Chateau Morreau is a safe place for all its members and staff. We will not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying based on religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, or disability. If you experience such behavior, please report it immediately to info@chateaumorreau.com. All reports will be responded to within 48 hours.
If you have lost something in the building, please contact reception as soon as possible so we can try to retrieve it. Anything found at Chateau Morreau will be kept for one month. We will do our best to contact the owner of a lost item (if we can identify them). Chateau Morreau is not responsible for your belongings at any time.
Members may cancel their participation in any Club event up to 48 hours in advance. For late cancellations, refunds will not be provided. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the member will receive a first warning. After four warnings, event participation may be temporarily suspended.
