Chateau Morreau, a gem in Péruwelz, is opening its doors this summer after a complete renovation. We are proud to announce that Quentin Gemine, an internationally renowned pastry chef, is our official pastry chef and chocolatier. His exceptional talents bring a new dimension of refinement to our magnificent Belle Époque castle.
Meet Quentin Gemine
Quentin Gemine has made a name for himself with exceptional desserts, including his famous strawberry dessert crowned “Best Dessert of the Year” by Gault&Millau. After honing his skills alongside Chef Alain Ducasse in London, Quentin further refined his art in Belgium, notably at the two Michelin-starred restaurant L’Eau Vive. Together with his partner Anaïs Manns, he has opened his own unique establishment.
